Cons
Competitive culture, little to no mentoring, total absence of regular performance feedback, culture of overwork. Focus on quality and quality of life has been utterly replaced by unreasonable expectations. Sales team now drives the entire company. Operations teams deeply resistant to any out of the ordinary workflows. So incredibly difficult to get ANYTHING done. Senior management are concerned with their own success, no one else's. Insistence on working people harder and harder, utilization is the only thing that matters here now. Company is desperately setting itself up for an acquisition now by merging with other companies with absolutely no idea how to integrate their technologies, workflows and culture.
