Good startup culture (snacks, games). A great learning experience for young developers who are interested in web development.

Cons

Lack of consistency within projects and a lot of legacy code.

Career path is not yet well defined (but upper management is currently aware of and working to improve)

What a Ride

Pros

Company culture is relaxed. Good PTO. Salary was OK. Some of the people are really cool. Great learning opportunity.

Cons

No training whatsoever. Very, very, VERY unorganized. A lot of upper management know nothing about the company or product. Instead of management running the company sales reps just do what they want, running amok with no accountability WHAT-SO-EVER. There is absolutely no communication between teams. Management doesn't do a lot to help you succeed. Look at it as a stepping stone.

Thank you for your insights and opinions. The Lightning Bolt team is continuing to evolve and with the additional of several new senior leaders the sales organization and other will continue to refine training and development.
