Where do I even start? After a weird interview process full of strange logic puzzles (hey, I was desperate for a job), I was hired as a consultant. From the beginning this company was full of red flags. Some of the highlights: Toxic work culture that normalizes working and being available at any hour (including rotating taking 24/7 call weeks, with no additional compensation), really bad management (I.e 25 year old managers with no management experience), unclearly defined work duties and structure of the organization, really bad benefits and low pay, getting promoted is as difficult and random as designing a spaceship while painting the Mona Lisa and singing opera simultaneously. In conclusion, working at LB was worse than playing leap frog with a unicorn.

Poor senior leadership - out of touch with what employees want and need. They are leaders that expect to be served not leaders that serve their employees. Poor company culture-lack of brand continuity with other PerfectServe products, resentment across different PS products Terrible work/life balance- people are continually being asked to take on significantly more work for the same pay, it was told to me multiple times that I should always bring my laptop with me wherever I go in case an issue comes up after hours, since the team is across the country people are made to work both east cost and west coast hours. No room for growth- career growth is almost non existent at LB. Everything is considered to be a lateral move or if you do want to be promoted be prepared to do tasks way outside your job description and write a paper telling leadership why you think you deserve it
