They had a lax dress code, awesome free lunches, and friendly people in various departments. Professionally they cared most about you getting the work done, as long as you got it done in a timely manner, you're golden.

Cons

Interaction between critical teams was like pulling teeth at times

Pros

I have been with Lightspeed a few years and everyone has always treated me well. Decent pay and benefits. Catered lunches twice a week. Gym membership at a very low price.

Cons

It is very likely you will get stuck in a position without an opportunity to advance. I have seen many coworkers leave after a few years because there just isn't any way to move within the company and advance their careers.

It is a relaxed, while efficient working environment. This helped the sense of not feeling stressed out at work. Great people to work with.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of many cons. I just decided to take a different career path for myself as a personal choice.
