Pros
It has a small company vibe, very smart people, and the CEO is very transparent with the organization. Marketing for the organization is really impressive for the size of the firm. In the past, I have only seen Fortune 500 companies have the kind of prominent branding that exists here. I've enjoyed most of the people I have worked with so far. I have watched people who are actually good at their jobs get promoted, which is encouraging that it is not based on politics to move up. I like that this is a remote-based firm, so I get to know people all over the country.
Cons
Benefits for a single person are okay and family is way more expensive. The benefit package overall is lacking for items that seem like table stakes at other consultancies. Unlimited PTO is fine, but I would rather have better benefits.
