Love the team that I work with everyday. Love the work life balance that LA provides, love the access that I remotely have to all of our leaders and executive team. Love the unlimited PTO and fact that I can scheduled vacation/time off with no worries as long as my work is complete

Cons

The benefits for family are more expensive than traditional packages
