There were a lot of reasons why LeadingAgile was appealing to me when I took the job a little over 7 years ago. But after being here a bit, the biggest thing that sticks out to me is the people. Everyone here has done creative and innovative things in their background and they bring that creativity and spirit into the work that we do both for clients as well as internal projects. You can also expect that everyone here will pitch in and help. Sometimes, that is lending a hand to add a little extra muscle or a different point of view to a tough task. Sometimes, that is just taking a few minutes to explain something and help me learn. The combination of the level of expertise and the humility and willingness to get their hands dirty that make the group of people who were here a big pro for me.

It's not often you find a company where the owner and management facilitate regular companywide panels where employees have a voice to present new Agile philosophies and client management strategies to the full company, but this is a guiding practice at LeadingAgile. Better yet, you regularly receive transparent feedback to fuel your professional growth. It's refreshing to know you'll always receive honest direction from leadership and peers. Although LeadingAgile works with large enterprise companies, it didn't lose the sentiment of camaraderie or focus on growth mindset and team approach. LeadingAgile is also very transparent about the career progression you can have at the company based on consultancy tiers and compensation levels, which makes it more straightforward to chart your course.
