The executive team and employees are very knowledgeable about agile transformations. Learned a lot and worked with fun, intelligent people.

Cons

Normal consulting company cons. A lot of work to start up a new client but then it smooths out.

Tight knit community, everyone has each others backs. CEO/Executive Leadership very open and communicative regarding the mission, financials, direction of the company. Fun, fast paced environment, invitation to participate culture - if you ask and want to be involved you have plenty of opportunities to expand your footprint.

Cons

Typically not a "pat on the back" organization. The organization is loaded with intelligent hard-working people so excellence is expected.
