A culture of learning / constantly learning. Incredibly intelligent people willing to teach. Flexible personal time off. Short heirarchy allows for transparency into leadership decisions, thoughts, and concerns. Work / life balance; Remote / in-person balance

Cons

Unclear guides for career progression. Recently, instability of employment (had to let go of people, a few months later needing people)
