Pros

If you like changing companies for the better and making a real impact, this place may be for you. Autonomy, mastery, and purpose. Leadership are actual experts in the field. They also have giant hearts for their people when you least expect it. Driven company with purpose. Flat organization. Many consultants like the administrative side because they focus on getting things that take time out of the way for you. Travel, expenses, etc.

Cons

Travel. If you aren't prepared for travel, it's not for you. Not everyone is built for the feedback the company gives. Feedback is transparent and you will need to be thick-skinned. If you are a leader, go for it.

Pros

Good experience working as a transformational consultant.

Cons

The company is a revolving door of employees, and you will never be home. There always hiring and firing.

Definitely a travel job and I would suspect that most folks understand that coming in the door. Travel isn't for everyone, so this is a valid concern. While I'd never suggest that we know everything, we do have a strong point of view in market, and we do expect our employees to work to understand and operate within that point of view. Tons of freedom within our framework for creativity, but if you can't learn or operate within that framework, again... this probably isn't the place for you. If you want a fast paced company, an industry leading perspective, super smart caring colleagues, tons of support, and a continuously improving learning organization... we have that in spades. Not perfect, but getting better every day. - Mike (CEO)
