      Pros

      Currently working remotely, no sign of working in office regularly any time soon. I enjoy most of my coworkers.

      Cons

      Pay. Your plate is piled sky high with things to do which is fine if you were getting paid well enough to meet this. Follow up: at the lowest level, you have to follow up with superiors regularly to get anything done. Customers are dependent on you to help resolve issues which you can't do 95% of the time that same day or the next. Some issues linger for months before they're fully resolved.

      I honestly can say there were not any pros I can think of working here.

      Cons

      I do not usually write reviews but I decided to write one in order to save someone else from working here. The WORST company and experience I have ever had working for a company. Management is rude and very unprofessional. Customer service is definitely not a priority in this company. When I left I called HR to voice my concerns about the unprofessionalism going on in the office and they only pretended to hear me, nothing was done. Please save yourself time and for your mental well being do not work here.

      Ha ha , well maybe that you have a job and don't have to collect unemployment

      Cons

      Favoritism , your just a number, employees are working 60 or more hour weeks. They will fire their most dedicated employees and keep those who stir the pot and intimidate patients. Everyone knows Everyone and they play in cliques. There's no such thing as communication.
