      Unlimited earning potential and the ability to help people in healthcare.

      Cons

      Zero company compassion for its employees. They want you to give all your time but it is not reciprocated. Always short staffed and leadership hides from the center but demands you always do MORE. It's always a what more can you do for us as they sit protected din their ivory towers.

      A handful of amazing co-workers carry the burden because of constant employee turnover. Employee turnover is a direct result of abject management, substandard employee training, and poor treatment of customers.

      Cons

      Poor Management / Poor Customer Service / All about the numbers / Toxic environment for both customers and employees / Management clearly doesn't care about customers or employees. Loyal workers are afraid to buck the system.
