      Pros

      People who care about serving their community. Jobs are well paid, benefits are good. The company is respected by the community as is reflected in their success in getting rate increases when needed.

      Cons

      Some of the people who work here who do nothing but complain. If you don't like the company then hit the want ad's. It's a great time to find another job! :)
