Pay is low, management has allowed racism and very poor treatment from marketing managers. Micromanaging, no growth opportunities

Easy schedule to get kids home from school. Helping students.

Cons

Basically a diploma mill and will try and pass any student no matter what. NO training, they throw you to the wolves. Cliques and difficult students. Lots of tech issues to work around.
