company has lousy benefits, stopped 401k match,it does not do annual raises because it is not a profitable company. no such thing as a merit raise. The wheat and dirt get the same.

Pros

The ground-level employees are generally very caring. There is a a lot of enjoyment working with students and the job is pretty easy. People generally strive to do the right thing, and being honest and compliance with the law is encouraged.

Cons

Upper management is out of touch. Pay is low and employees are always replaceable. Hard work is not appreciated. There is a new "plan" every year or so that never works. The financial management of the company is poor.
