Pros

Good atmosphere. Other instructors are great. Students can be eager to learn. You can make good connections in the industry.

Cons

Hours are long. The students often have an attitude. These are not the smartest men on earth. Teaching them is not easy.

Pros

It is an easy job & if you want a low but consistent paycheck for phone sales, this might be perfect for you, just don't ever believe it will ever be more than that.

Cons

Management consistently passes on misinformation or bold faced lies, way too many meetings and discussions of simple procedures, simple ethical challenges of selling very expensive sub-par education to poor people who don't know any better & throwing them into debt so the stockholders can make an extra buck is the hardest part. No job security, they've hired, laid off, & re-hired at least 3 times in the past 3 years.

Pros

fun environment nice to be in kitchen without the drama of restaurant kitchen. exciting to teach new students the right way to do things

Cons

students can slam you on reviews. you must cater to all students even those that dont care. you are judged not by your qualifications but by popularity.
