Pros

You have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students. Students rely on LES to give them a quality education that gives them the tools they need to succeed in the work force.

Cons

The competence of senior level managers is lacking. There are a couple who are doing a great job, and there are some who only have their positions because of seniority. A critical evaluation should be made of employees at all levels. If you are unable to do your job because of incompetence or lack of interest, it should be irrelevant how long you have been with the company.

Harassment. Micro management like you have never experienced. Very old school thought of sales. Doing another companies work (collegiate housing services)

I couldn’t really find any other than their main campus is in Denver, CO which is a nice location.

Cons

I was verbally abused by my direct manager and quit my position after 2 months. Toxic and cold management that expects you to work 7 days a week, 8-12 hour days. High School admissions is a disaster for field reps.
