      Best thing is helping students, Good co workers, no weekend shifts and decent paid time off.

      Cons

      Benefits are NOT as good as in past, Poor communication between management and Instructors. Management tries to lead by intimidation

      Pros

      They are dedicated to educating individuals who want to learn a trade.

      Cons

      Very little career advancement opportunities, little to no promotions from within, the benefits used to be decent but all of the monthly payments increased but receive less coverage, been here for 4 years and each year have only received a 3% raise, last year no raise was given, pay is low considering the industry average, HIGH turnover... I'll stop now.

      Cons

      Some of the students that are admitted are not capable of doing the work and it is sad -- it feels like you are stealing their money. More about quotas than about education.
