Pros
Fun and engaged staff, nice to work with kids (sometimes), and very clear what is expected of you, constructive feedback. Management was always approachable and fair.
Cons
They are a little overbearing to new employees and pay is not great. Extremely process driven to the point of being inflexible to my better judgement. E.g. I was supposed to constantly reward kids who answer questions with little plastic jewels, which works great for the young ones but the older ones sometimes think it's patronizing and ask me if we can just do away with the jewels. I would say yes but management would give me a 'talking to' about giving the kid stones (that sort of thing). The free friday lunches were in fact a meeting to collect feedback from employees which is great, but is on an unpaid lunch hour that would be uncomfortable to skip.
