Pros

The staff is really nice, and the program works fairly well. Expectations for clinicians are commensurate with pay (not very high).

Pros

It's rewarding to work in an environment where you can really see the progress you're helping the students make, and you gain patience, creativity and resilience skills.

Cons

The clients are often difficult, especially if you are not trained in working with people with autism or other disorders. It requires a lot of patience, flexibility, and potentially little hours.
