Positive and fun work environment with lots of opportunities to travel. Overall, the company does an adequate job training new clinicians, with opportunities for direct supervision and mentorship.

Cons

Hours are not guarenteed and typically vary week to week, especially in the summer for seasonal staff. Clinicians are not allowed to utilize their own skills and strategies.

You really do teach children how to read. It is a wonderful feeling seeing them progress.
