Flexibility, great way to build resume, enjoyable, fun, exciting, great way to spend the summer and occasional night and weekend hours during the school year

Cons

Flexible schedules, difficult to get full time or move up on the ladder, very cliquey, pay is non-negotiable

Great experience for working with children and teaching reading/ literacy to adults and young learners. Fair pay, very flexible scheduling.

Cons

Flexible scheduling so you may or may not be on for the amount of hours per week that you want. An outside reading company would pay more than $15 an hour, but well worth the money.
