Pros

- The program works (though it could work better if it weren’t so rigid) - The work can be rewarding

Cons

- Pay is not enough - Benefits are a joke - The culture is toxic. It’s a for-profit company first and foremost. Priorities are mostly sales-driven past the entry-level employees. Leadership’s focus is often on promotions and keeping students around for longer to make more money - Too expensive for underprivileged people who need the service

Thank you for sharing your experience with Lindamood-Bell. We take feedback like yours into consideration in our efforts to improve our workplace and communication. While we appreciate your perspective, several descriptions conflict with our practices. For example, instruction recommendations are objective and based on standardized testing. Regarding cost, our learning centers offer tuition assistance and discounts and the Lindamood-Bell Foundation awards scholarships to families in need. To reach students beyond the learning center, Lindamood-Bell for Schools teaches educators how to use the programs with their own students. We are honored by our partnerships with schools in disadvantaged communities. If you are willing to share more about your experience, please contact the Human Resources Department at support.hr@lindamoodbell.com or (800) 233-1819. Thank you again for your review. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

Thank you for sharing your experience with Lindamood-Bell. Your input is extremely important to us. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed helping students as a Clinician. While we are disappointed to read comments about a lack of appreciation, we value the feedback. We make changes based on input like yours. For example, we recently made adjustments to our staff recognition program events and will continue to improve our communication in this regard. It is important for all learning center staff members to feel appreciated for the work they are doing to change the lives of students. Thank you again for your review.
