Pros

-changing lives -diverse set of diagnoses, so a lot of experience gained fast -positive, warm work culture if you're in the right office/location -feedback and mentorship (if they like you)

Cons

-low pay for the excessive amount of money they bring in -do not work very hard to make their services available to those who are not extremely financially stable -low chance of promotion/development/pay raise if you're not in a very small town/office

-Good work environment -The method works--it's really satisfying to see kids learn

Cons

-They don't tell you this at the beginning, but there's no fixed weekly schedule. You find out your schedule the week before and can't really do anything about it.
