I got this job when no one else would take me. The jobs payed of pretty average. Friendly Working Environment.

Cons

The job is pretty bad in salary. I could barely afford to eat at my favorite fast food place. I would Not Recommend this to a friend.

Pros

The company in itself has beauty and aesthetics in the mission statement, in order to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment. You won't see an ugly Lindamood-Bell. The probability of landing a lower level position and then moving upwards is high, they promote from within.

Cons

They don't appreciate much background in your field and will delegate your responsibilities without hearing much from people that are passionate about what they do. Within the company, you see a proliferation of nepotism, from directors of various departments to the actual leaders of the company...you can see much of the same last name. In regards to pay, they underpay in general. Working at the headquarters in San Luis Obispo, this cut my standard of living down significantly. Workers who have family are given less expectations than those without.

The students are incredible. Some offices are a lot of fun with positive energy. Most of the employees are unique and awesome.

Cons

The company only ever cares about the bottom line. It is an incredibly expensive tuition yet the employees who do the work aren't remotely well compensated.
