Pros

- Good training - Good pay - Great co-workers - Beautiful families and stories (each student is so unique and it was an honor to encourage them and get to know them).

Cons

- They charge parents way too much - Favoritism and nepotism. - Scheduling: though I was given full-time work almost the entire summer, many others were only scheduled a few shifts a week, even though they were expecting more hours.

Pros

The people are awesome, the kids are fun, and the company sometimes sends you on trips to work at other centers!

Cons

The only downside is that the hours aren't super consistent since our students come and go.

Pros

The programs are really effective in remediating reading and comprehension. It's great to see the progress that individuals make.

Cons

Upper management does not support nor seem to care about the staff. Low pay for the demand of the job. A lot of the students have severe behaviors that the staff is not properly trained to manage. Responsibilities continue to be added to your plate with no added compensation. It is a very money driven company that uses the facade of creating a magical experience when all they really care about is money. I believe a member of the upper management actually said we need to do anything to get students to sign- even if it means taking out a second mortgage on their home.
