      Decent pay and excellent attention to employee safety, but expect long hours and limited options to grow

      Pros

      Decent pay, excellent safety standards relative to the Malaysian chemical industry.

      Cons

      Frequent overtime especially during the holiday season, mandatory training during off days with no choice in training direction, limited options for career progression. All engineers are expected to work shifts and be on call during off days
