      Pros

      Good pipeline of projects. The industry will remain much needed and continue doing very well.

      Cons

      Always needs more people to support the work. Stretching personnel to thin can effect quality outcomes and impact costs/value creation. Turnover has been an issue in the recent past.

      Good company with moderate salary

      Pros

      Work environment is good..flexi timing's, average growth, no deduction in Bonus. Job security is good.

      Cons

      Technical growth is limited. Increment is not based on any rating system. They will decide based on relationship with your Head or lead. Same designation having huge gap in salary package.
