Experienced and knowledgeable coworkers, job security if you’re a decent employee
Cons
Completely dysfunctional work processes. Managers so focused on looking good for their own bosses, they have no clue what is going on below them. Blame is thrown around like confetti when things go wrong. Decades old cliques are everywhere and your ability to get anything done is dependent on “who you know.” No team player mentality whatsoever. I was hoping the merger would show steps toward improvement by trimming the deadwood and refining processes, but if anything, it only made it ten times worse. If you care about doing your job successfully, do not come here. If you just want a paycheck and don’t care past that, this is the place for you.
