      Pros

      When I first started, it was a dream company... i would have listed a lot of pros, then bought by Linde and things turned horrible. I couldn't list even ONE pro.

      Cons

      Everything. Horrible management. Ridiculous pay. Overworked with no appreciation. Cant trust anyone. Used to be a great company before being bought by Linde. If I could have chosen zero stars I would have! Pass this employment up, you can do much better!!

      International opportunities. Exposure to multiple gas processing technologies.

      Cons

      Political. Decisions made by parent entity not always align with US strategic business interests. Does not value employee interests. Not open to concerns or criticisms.

      The company has good benefits.

      Cons

      Upper management makes so many changes that we don't know who we're working for anymore. They change things around so much its like we're going in circles. Very confusing.
