Pros

Flexible, training off site that helps you obtain better career opportunities. Pros to working here are very minimal.

Cons

No company car or car allowance, you only get paid for milage which is lower than the national average. You don't even get a monthly allowance for wear and tear on your own personal vehicle. Most sales positions allow and are set up for a bonus structure...welcome to Lincare...that doesn't happen here. Sales reps have zero chances for bonus but your management does and they prosper off of your hard work. It is uncapped commission however you are better off working at Target where you are treated with respect and dignity. Upper management does not support you and if you like an environment where you are constantly being thrown under the bus gladly join your local Lincare team. Expectations are ridiculous and not even achievable. During the interview process they will tell you what you want to hear, such as Lincare promotes within and your chances for promotion are high. That is a boldface lie. If you care about people and patients run far away because at Lincare its just about the bottom almighty dollar $$. If you want your loved one taken care of and would like them to be a patient versus a number don't choose to send them our way. Unfortunately the bad outweighs the good with our company. Actively seeking new employment.
