Company now being run purely by its financials. Short term profit focused and little real interest in growing its business or its people - inconsistent with its external messaging. Recently unable to keep good high potential team members because senior management have been unwilling to provide the remuneration or the career opportunities they’re looking for despite their good performance. As a manager it’s heart breaking…
