      pay, flexible work schedule, clean modern environment

      Cons

      Since merger with Praxair all work standards and software has been skewed towards Germany. Much of Praxairs contributions have been discarded. Was sold as a merger of equals was more like a hostile takeover

      Name which it inherited due to merger.

      Cons

      Very racist organization specially at Head office in Danbury. If you are colored person, you ideas and innovations and even complain of rude & abusive manager will be ignored. How leadership snub the complain of rude manager which even use "F" word is beyond my understanding. Your skill will perish and you will go into depression. Your choice if you still want to try. Head office culture is not as per Linde image.
