      Depressing company with a negative culture

      Salary was generally good, had company car and annual bonuses

      Cons

      Negative culture and general unhappiness of employees. The company is a market leader and has been for a while so the only opportunity for profit growth is to cut costs quarter after quarter. This has lead to under investment in plant and compromises on health and safety. Very short term focus. Would be amazed if the company can sustain itself long term with the ageing workforce and general discontent of its employees. Continual cost cutting has left a company that can no longer innovate or respond to changes in the markets.
