      Linde is a very well-established company with more than 100 years of history. The work is interesting and the work-life balance sustainable

      Pros

      - Sound benefits - Being paid on time - Opportunities for assignments overseas (Only if you are in the good books of the LTs)

      Cons

      Poor commitment to D&I. Snr Mgmt and long tenured employees resist change, preferring outdated ways of working. Top mgmt doesn't walk the talk, it feels like a PR exercise rather than real efforts to drive any ideas. Raising concerns, often leads to being labeled a difficult employee. Lack of psychological safety-employees fear retaliation or being sidelined if they challenge the status quo. Limited career growth for diverse employees due to biased decision-making in promotions and leadership opportunities. Long Working Hours. Mgmt feels you should work 24 7 because you are a monthly paid employee. No Job Security, high turnover rate, high retrenchment to reduce cost even though company is making profit.
