Final Salary Pension for now, Healthcare generous redundancy package for those lucky enough to qualify.

Cons

A once great company now spoiled by an insidious culture of self interest by an underqualified and un-experienced management who's only concern seems to be feathering their own nest and the lackeys and sycophants they surround themselves with. Managers who openly admit they are only there for the money and encourage a similar attitude. A contempt for the customers who are simply seen as a ready market to screw for every penny they can.

The only good thing I have to say about Linde here for drivers(at Arroyo) is the pay is not terrible.

Cons

Pay out the a-- for insurance And it is not real good. Management here will harass and interrogate you if you figure out your pay. They take a lot of $ from the drivers. Drive Camera looking at you ALL day. No time and a half. Swinging Doors here. Constantly hiring and firing OR force you to quit. Only about 15 active drivers here. VERY Dim Future. Your money goes into a pension fund where you may never get any of it.
