Talented, professional colleagues. Positive people environment. Pay and benefits commensurate with what's available in the market. Some opportunities for personal and professional growth. People really want to do a good job for the customer.

Cons

Little to no people leadership shown by upper management. Refusal to recognize (thus far) the need to modify HQ engineering work flows, protocols, and practices to the expectations of the North American market. "This is the (high cost) way we do it everywhere in the world."

Blue Bell, PA office had a well organized and professional group of individuals from top to bottom who worked well together. It was a place where you looked forward to going to work each day.

Cons

Success of office was dependent on price of oil. Blue Bell office suffered as a result of corporate realignment .
