      Pros

      Flexible schedule. As long as you have a DR note it's not counted against you. Laid back. Nice office space. More than one location.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. They don't care about you as a person. You pretty much train yourself because training is generic. They dump as much work on your as they can and won't guide you when you feel lost. People quit on a regular basis. You feel like everyday is your 1st day

      I would not recommend Linde (Lincare) to anyone. They do not believe in training. They think it is better just to throw new CSR's to the wolves. And they wonder why a person doesn't know how to do the job. Duh. All it would take would be training like they said they used to do and you would keep new employees!

      Pros

      Working at Linde was like being with family! Opportunity when it was SGI was extremely available if you wanted it. Andy and Alvin were great people to work for. Linde helps to pay for education which I am forever thankful to them for.

      Cons

      Integration had some hick-ups as expected.
