This company did me very very dirty and they know what they did was wrong. They basically terminated me to save money and not have to put me through training. I was hired to replace someone who was about to retire, after getting word this person would not retire for another 4 years, they were looking for an excuse to get me out of the door to save money and not have to pay for training for another person. This company moved me from state to state and had me go through a lot of training just terminate me 2 months later right before Christmas knowing I have a wife and a baby at home and a baby on the way in January. This company left a very bad taste in my mouth. They terminated me because I was involved in a vehicle accident which wasn’t even in a company truck. They did not follow any of the state guidelines or protocols or protocols of the company, no drug test after accident, no safety training after accident, and I was back into a vehicle driving the very next day. Suspended me for 3 weeks with little to no communication about my job other than them calling me towards the end of my 3rd week telling me I’m terminated. There’s a lady in HR who I can’t remember her name right off hand but she is one of the meanest nastiest people I’ve ever spoke to in my entire life and I Guarantee she is the person who finalized the termination because she does not have a care in the world for people or their personal well-being. The workers there are nice until you get terminated and then they completely turn their back on you like never existed or helped them with anything. Very very shady company and the way they handled my situation was very very unprofessional, I wouldn’t recommend using them or working for them to my worst enemy. I would rate them 0 stars if I could. If want a company that cares about its employees and their well being I would stay far far away from this company.
