      Company is operating very lean with very little synergy. Frequently employees are doing several people's jobs simultaneously with an expectation of improved quality.

      Bad atmosphere at Piping department. No work life balance. Blame Game and bad behavior make a toxic atmosphere Work distribution not proper.
