      Pros

      There are very few Pros to working for this company. It is strictly a place to spend time and be compensated for it. There are almost no opportunities to advance unless you know people and getting recognized in a company of this size is near impossible.

      Cons

      Long hours, unrealistic goals, expected to live at the center, no accountability in any other departments. They have just switched to electronic filing which is good but making the switch is a nightmare that is still being sorted out. So they are always behind the times because the company would rather lose money instead of investing it back into the things that are making them profitable.
