Working at Link Logistics has been nothing short of a fantastic experience. The "work hard, play hard" mentality has never been more applicable or true in my entire life. The Marketing team continuously pushes one another to grow, collaborate, and succeed. From top down, the energy, positivity, willingness to help one another, and overall sense of teamwork is undeniable. The support I've felt from not only those in my department, but senior leadership is astounding. Everyone at this company believes in you as not only an employee but as a person. There is constant collaboration between departments and varying levels of management to create a cohesive and open environment where everyone feels as though they have a voice. I walk in every day knowing I have full support from my department head and team members in every single aspect.

Link will also absolutely put employees first. They reward the individual as well as the team. They have so many programs to help employees and will truly do their best to help you no matter what. If you have an idea, speak up! They actually listen and implement employee suggestions. This is one company that not only preaches "work/life family balance" but promotes it! WE RUN HARDER!
