I've worked at Link for over a year, and this is hands-down the best company I have ever worked for. The culture is inclusive, nurturing, welcoming, and fast-paced. Senior leadership is accessible with a true open-door policy. You won't find big egos at Link - the CEO has a people-first mentality and seems to know everyone's name even though we have over 1K employees. Yes, there is a lot of work, as is typical with any company growing at the speed of Link but it's done in a collaborative and supportive environment. There is a true spirit of teamwork. Senior leadership does an incredible job providing departments with the resources they need to get their job done and be successful, which is incredibly valuable. This includes access to coaching, mentoring, and job-skills improvement. If you have the opportunity to work for Link, you should take it, Link is a company that is successful and growing. Offices are beautiful, there is a hybrid work schedule and Link provides a full remote month in the summer. Leadership understands the value of brand and people.
