      buys lunch and dinner if they dont want you to leave the office

      Cons

      High turnover, doesnt care about work life balance, will schedule an 8:00am meeting the night before at 9pm, and expect you know to about the meeting when normal business hours are to come into the office at 9am

      Pros

      The continually say "the companies most valuable asset is its people". This is so true and they are constantly looking at ways to improve all employees professionally, personally and financially. This is a remarkable firm full of remarkable people.

      Cons

      This is a $50bn start up and with all new firms there are "bumps" in the road - but the excitement of seeing the company and people improve almost every day is like no other place i have worked.
