Pros

-Free food for lunch and dinner for closing when it’s busy. But the thing is it’s always busyyyyyyy -the coworkers are great but that is because you all share the same sense of understanding of how bad everything is here

Cons

-Pretty sure it’s illegal and just quite unprofessional for HR to set up a meeting to threaten an entire department with termination and “legal” actions because of salary discussions amongst your peers. -Top management has been seen to be truly disrespectful and rude to staff, with no care to everyone else in the environment. Imagine watching your coworkers getting yelled at like they are 5. -HR loves to dangle the idea that if you stick around long enough during this time there is great opportunity in the future. -Only a few of the originals employees with years of experience have stayed with LINK after the acquisition and that was mostly due to a retention pay. -no one has time to train you in addition to the previous comment cause so many people are just new here -they expect you to work till late like 8pm+ and HR will say nonsense like how everyone is so willing to volunteer half of their lunch times to work instead Lolol get out of hereeeee. I honestly thought from my interview and the people I met and bonded with during my time here this would be a great opportunity. But i quickly learned how terrible of a decision it was to work here because of HR and management. I wish the best of luck to all the people that continue to stay there but this is not a place for someone who values work life balance and just the expectation of getting respect. Part of the issue is they make it seem your fault when this don’t go right and not something they need to work to resolve.

Pros

LINK has a gigantic portfolio of industrial assets under management and access to the best accounting systems, employees and outside consultants. The possibilities in accounting and financial reporting are really endless. Everyone has a voice, management has the true open door policy and changes/improvements are made a extremely fast pace. Perks are great as well. If you like to travel there are opportunities to travel (even in accounting), there's heavily discounted LifeTime Athletic memberships, there are frequent catered lunches during month ends. Most importantly co-workers are super friendly and always willing to help.

Cons

Growth has lead to some minor bumps in the road but I personally believe the people that go through these "bumps" will come out at the end with great learning experiences that you can't get elsewhere.

Pros

Generous PTO, OK healthcare and benefits such as lifestyle spend, nice people for the most part. Depends on your team. Flexibility is stronger depending on your direct report and your role. If your direct report needs the same flexibility as you, you’ll likely have more of it. If you’re a drop everything and just say yes person, you might have a stronger chance for growth, or you’ll be in the same / lateral role for at-least 5 years.

Cons

Cons Constant restructuring of procedures. HR is not your friend and will not utilize feedback to aid your upper management to strengthen your team. Upper Management communication is sieved through middle management, meaning: upper management will utilize middle management to rely concerns, which is just poor management overall. Morale has deeply declined as mentioned by another reviewer, perks have been reduced such as remote work month and WFH. DEI is not the same. Opportunity and roadway for growth is unclear, jump and ask “how high” when it comes to reporting to Blackstone requests. Many roles are secretly related between teams so managers and directors can cherry pick whom they want without giving equal opportunity. You will stagnate in your role for years, sadly each year end review will produce another small concern that will leave you in the same place as you were last year. 2 layoffs within 1 year time frame.
