      Pros

      As with any company all will say they want more money. But you need to weigh out the stress levels. There is a Great Work / Life balance here and they really do care about you as a person. Every day I wake up wanting to go to work. It is a good place and a Great team to work with. You are learning everyday. Management is excellent and work with you if you have any issues (work or personal). You are encouraged to learn new skills and they offer paths to do that. It is a great place to start an IT career or to just have a place to use your skills. Upper management tries to keep you informed of changes and value your input. All in all I would highly recommend Link Solutions to anyone.

      Cons

      The benefits are standard nothing to write home about.

      Pros

      Company understands the importance of a good work life balance. I look forward to going to work now. Helping others and having a purpose driven career is so important today. The work we do to protect our customers is extremely rewarding.

      Cons

      Not all jobs are remote. My decision in choosing Link was easy. They understood the importance of work/life balance. Trusting that you hire the best and brightest, knowing the job will get done and home or at work.

      Pros

      Great leadership, communication and teamwork. Leaders are always working to improve processes to provide team members with great service. Link Solutions provides a great and open working environment.

      Cons

      Have been with the company for 6 months and unable to come up with a con. Company continue to grow and improve processes.
