Not a long term job

Pros

They're an employee-owned company which is great. As a dispatcher, you have the opportunity to get commission on products sold but it's few and far between.

Cons

They run their employees ragged. Not many non-management employees make it to two years.

Pros

The only pros that I can think of is the company does a lot of giveaways to employees for making sales.

Cons

Pay is horrid, pay per job is crap. Position becomes more sales than installation or customer service. Hard and long work for little to no pay (pay per job kills your pay if you get on a job that takes a lot longer than scheduled.)

Pros

Decent money if you work hard. However you will be working long days, and into the evening most of the time.

Cons

Lack of leadership from management. Unrealistic goals.
