They are always hiring technicians. They teach you the trade (paid training). More experienced co-workers are willing to help you out if you need it.

Cons

It takes time to get fast at doing the job, and they expect you to be perfect all of the time gets old.

Supportive FSO. Relatively easy work.

Cons

This was my first job. I was brought in and essentially hired on the spot, not entirely sure what I was in for. As I'm moving into a new position I am realizing how terribly this company treats its employees. Most other low voltage techs make upwards of $25 an hour and have better benefits. This position will work you to the bone and continue asking for more. Not to mention this is NOT truly a technician position, this is absolutely a sales position, if you slip up on sales you don't get priority from your team / FSO.
