Pros
Great lunch and great perks overall. I’d definitely look at the total package here rather than just base pay. Base pay seems pretty inline with other comparable companies in Dublin. Additionally, in my experience, if there’s an open role on a team they’re generally good about promoting internally.
Cons
Job leveling feels a bit off e.g. people seem to be hired into roles that are more junior than their experience, and promotions feel pretty rigid around needing two years in role.
