Perks and comp are high end. If you're looking for a job with a similar title or level of experience, it'll be hard to find anything remotely comparable in total comp and benefits. It's quite a luxury to have the LinkedIn comp package The best part of working here is you get to add LinkedIn to your resume
Cons
Too much comfort with mediocre performance Easily demotivated because poor performers are not held accountable LI cares too much about their optics vs doing what's right for the business when it comes to managing Preach DEI but don't practice. Lots of childish and gossipy behavior due to toxic remote environment
